Change Audit Manager

I am partnering with one of UK's largest Merchant Banking Group that is looking for Change Audit Manager to join the team in London!

This is a newly created position where you will receive exposures to C-Level stakeholders and be paid a competitive salary with the entitlement to an exceptional pension scheme and performance related bonuses while receiving other exceptional range of benefits.

The successful candidate must have financial services "CHANGE & Transformation" audit or assurance experience (internal or external).

2 Days WFH on offer.

Examples of responsibilities to expect:

• Deliver end-to-end audit activities
• Lead change assurance activity over the Group's transformation portfolio management and key programs.
• Develop & maintain relationship with C-Level stakeholders & colleagues at all levels.
• Look after the delivery of change and transformation risk within the group's audit plan.
• Provide quality analysis to the annual risk assessment process relating to the annual audit plan.

Candidate Requirements:

• Audit background (external or internal)
• Experience in change/transformation audit/assurance.
• Financial services experience is a must have!
• Ideally have a project management qualification such Prince2
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence management and to lead and work collaboratively across teams
