Leasing Manager (12 Month FTC)

Job Purpose:

Focused upon the ongoing marketing and leasing of vacant spaces (primarily offices) in the completed 22 Bishopsgate development and the office portfolio across UK
Maternity cover for present incumbent
Promoting and positioning of the assets to prospective occupiers, advisers, and market influencers
Actively secure and close new leases consistent with business plan (timing and commercial)
Marketing and protecting the buildings brand and reputation
Support the transition between development and asset management

Key Accountabilities:

Support marketing and PR strategies, manage implementation and organise marketing collateral
Manage the agency, adviser, and lawyer relationships
Presentation to prospective occupiers and market influencers
Proposal, negotiation, and documentation of new leases in accordance with Business Plans
Proactive communication with the investor and investor representatives including all requisite reporting
Feedback market and occupier needs and trends to the asset and property management teams
Assistance / management of the close out and transition of projects from development to operational asset management

Experience:

Extensive experience in real estate development, investment, and asset management
Ideally with client-side awareness
