The Role
Assisting on corporate finance transactions and working with retained clients:
Experience
Assisting on corporate finance transactions and working with retained clients:
- Drafting and updating FCA Prospectuses and addressing FCA comments
- Drafting and updating AQSE Growth Market Admission Documents
- Liaising with other advisers including brokers, lawyers, reporting accountants, auditors, PR and printers
- Reviewing and commenting on client announcements
- Making applications for admission of additional shares to trading with FCA & LSE or AQSE as applicable
- Liaising with AQSE Regulation
- Working on Takeover Code documents and liaising with Takeover Panel
- Assisting in preparing marketing and other presentations
- Mentoring and supervising the team's analysts
Experience
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar role (including within a NOMAD team)
- Listing Rules
- Prospectus Rules
- MAR
- DTRs
- AQSE Rules
- Aspects of Takeover Code - Rule 3, Rule 9
- Computer literate - Word, Excel and internet research
