Our client is a top Investment Manager based in central London. They are ooking to hire a corporate actions analyst to primarily handle Corporate Action and Proxy Voting, Dividend Processing and Cash Payment Processing.

Responsibilities
  • Identify all voluntary and mandatory Corporate Actions;
  • Instruct various Custodians.
  • Ensure that all Corporate Actions are logged, forward to the relevant Fund Managers.
  • Ensure that safe custody records are accurately updated, investigating, and resolving all breaks in good time.
  • Identify all Proxy Voting meeting
  • Ensure that all meetings are logged, raised with the relevant stock owner and responses are accurately reconciled and instructed within the deadlines.
  • Ensure that all Front Office requested payments, both UK and foreign are actioned.
  • Processing all Dividends due according to information received from Custodians and data providers
