IT Business Analyst (IBOR/ABOR Experience Essential)

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for an IT Business Analyst for a 6 Month contract based in London (Hybrid).

Purpose of the Role:

As IT Business Analyst in the IT / Engineering Team within the Fund Accounting Middle Office (FAMO) Domain. Specifically, to work with all key stakeholders from clients, operations, Product and IT teams to gather, analyse, test and implement enhancements to the systems and operating model of the Fund Accounting and Middle Office business

As a IT Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Review and discuss business requirements with stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into accurate functional specifications
• Arrange and undertake testing of structured functional testing
• Contribute and when necessary run workshops and meetings with stakeholders
• Ability to drive continuous improvements of process and deliverables
• Work with stakeholders to design solutions to the business requirements
• Advice and support in setup of data model (including data flows, database, data quality & control checks etc.)

Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience

What we require from the candidate:

• Functional experience and proficiency of IBOR and ABOR data sets
• Strong Business Analyst experience working in ETL and Data management projects
• Good experience in writing business requirements specifications, data flows and data models
• Strong experience in writing good quality Functional Specifications and test scripts
