About the team

You will be joining a passionate and ambitious team of specialised Airline Payments Relationship Managers with a combined 60+ years of experience. The team operate across EMEA and travel regularly to see customers in a face-to-face environment, providing a great opportunity to experience different cultures and countries.

An industry leading team with long standing relationships across the airline industry who put the customer at the core of everything we do, challenging each other to always improve and excel!

What you will be doing

You will be managing 4-5 of our most strategic airline relationships in EMEA. Managing the P&L and responsible for maintaining existing business, while growing and increasing the Share of Wallet with each airline. Working in a high performing and ambitious team, you will be central to success, and as a Senior, being a coach and example for the more junior members of the team.

• Manage a P&L across your portfolio

• Become an expert and coach within the Airline payments team

• Visit customers across the EMEA region delivering Business reviews
  • Manage internal stakeholders and relationships to ensure you can deliver success
What you bring:

• Proven experience in the payments industry

• Experienced in managing customers in a commercial environment and owing a P&L

• Positive, flexible and can do approach to the role

• Must be a team player and have the ability to coach and guide junior team members

• Experienced and confident presenting to customers

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience within the Airline industry is preferable
