Senior Investment Manager - Venture Capital, Private Investments Group
We are now working with a private investments group. They are an active venture capital investor in early stage technology businesses.
They are now looking to add a Senior level Investment Manager to their team to work on the execution of investments and portfolio management.
The role will involve the following:
- Full member of the Investments team, working on the execution of acquisitions for the fund
- Origination of investments, carrying out an initial investment appraisal and due diligence of acquisitions
- Execution of investments
- Full involvement in all aspects of the transaction process including valuations, preparing and reviewing of documents, negotiation, management of advisors through to completion
- Portfolio management work
- Working with investee companies to help them achieve their strategic objectives
They are interested in meeting investment professionals from other private equity or venture capital funds with a genuine interest in early stage investing.
You will have probably have at least 8- 10 years experience in the UK venture capital market, a great deal track record and a passion for tech.
