CME Group is the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace and we are looking for bright undergraduates interested to join the Voice and Video Collaboration team for a 12 month placement. We implement and support Voice and Video Collaboration devices and services, Contact Center, Voice Recording, Digital Signage and Meeting Collaboration Service for all staff across the Belfast office and beyond. We utilise remote and in person support methods providing a terrific opportunity to meet staff across all levels of the CME business.
Principal Accountabilities
  • Provide remote support to all CME staff for voice service such as office phones, contact center, recording and collaboration meeting services including provisioning and incident management. Ensure support incidents are completed within standard SLA's
  • Provide in-room and remote A/V and TelePresence video support for hardware and application provisioning and incident management
  • Participate in minor maintenance activities with senior engineer staff
  • Participate in hardware-based projects (including department moves and hardware refreshes)
  • Provides administrative functions, including writing procedural and technical documentation, audits, inventory control, and asset tracking
