Job Purpose Statement
The REO product Specialist team is global team of 6 product specialists responsible for reo®, Responsible Engagement Overlay. The team is servicing our 55 global reo® clients. The ESG analyst is part of the reo® team but is also working very closely with RI quant team.
We have a large dedicated resource supporting our activities in the form of our 45-person Responsible Investment (RI) team, working globally and based in London, Amsterdam and Boston. The RI team is made up of ESG specialists who are passionate about making a difference. Now is an exciting time to join the team as we have ambitious plans in this space. We are seeking highly motivated, passionate individuals to help us continue to innovate and be a leading asset manager in responsible investment. Role Responsibilities
- Manage the Salesforce platform and client partner portal for both RI and reo clients.
- Responsible for management, oversight and production of reo reporting, onboarding and client queries.
- Responsible for all engagement related queries from both RI, internal investment teams and reo clients.
- Responsible for the monthly production of our ESG risk tool and ESG scores and all related queries.
- Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of the Responsible Funds acceptability list.
- Responsible for the quarterly production of the company wide Cluster munitions and landmine exclusions.
- Provide overlap analysis of engagement for RFPs and prospect clients.
- Support the Product specialist team in meeting prep and client queries.
Key Capabilities
- Strong data skills.

- Experience in running (ESG data) reports.
- Understanding of using ESG data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
