Credit Analyst - Hedge Fund

A London based hedge fund focused on the trading of European stressed and distressed loans and bonds seeks to hire an additional credit analyst.

The role will be focused on the full credit analysis of potential investment opportunities, from sourcing through to investment recommendations for the portfolio manager.

Key reponsibilities include:

* All aspects of research and diligence of companies

* Creation and maintenance of detailed financial models to aid the analysis of existing and prospective investments

* Analysis across stressed and distressed situations

* Ability to source new opportunities

We are interested in meeting candidates with:

* 3-5 years of primarily leverage finance experience.

* Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills

* Proficiency in one or more continental European languages desirable

* Exceptional academics
