£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

A Real Estate Investment Trust is seeking a Sustainability Manager to play a key part in delivering their sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement strategies. The successful candidate will lead the sustainability reporting, as well as engage with key stakeholders to be more environmentally and socially responsible.

Duties
  • Lead the daily management of sustainability KPIs and reporting requirements
  • Prepare sustainability data and information for quarterly reports
  • Liaise with lenders, investors and customers on sustainability performance
  • Support the preparation of sustainability data, in line with GRESB and CDP reporting standards
  • Lead customer engagement initiatives to drive greater sustainability & environmental awareness
  • Support with the delivery of their social impact programme, through working with customers and the local community
  • Provide support on setting and implementing sustainability strategies

Requirements
  • Previous experience within an ESG/Sustainability role preferably in Real Estate.
  • Knowledge of reporting frameworks, TCFD and SECR
  • Experience in preparing GRESB submissions
  • Experience in project management and social value reporting
  • Familiarity with analysing and presenting complex datasets.
  • Highly computer literate.
  • Qualifications in sustainability or property are desirable but not essential.
