Senior Product Development

Key Responsibilities

Drive the product development process of a new pooled vehicle from the idea generation to the launch in the market;
Actively contribute to the innovation and ideation process ensuring cross functional collaboration and regular communication between investment, distribution, and products;
Closely work with Product Strategy Team to identify new product opportunities in the market;
Closely work with Life Cycle Management team to ensure an attractive, profitable, and state of the art product offering, in alignment with the company's strategy;
Actively work in a true international environment to develop cross border projects related to the launch of new pooled vehicles;
Closely work with the sustainable function to develop new products and sustainable solutions;
Closely work with the private markets team to develop hybrid products solutions;
Project Management activities throughout the development and launch process;
Preparation of decision-making documents for product related meetings.

Required Experience/Skillset

Experience in Investment Products, portfolio management techniques or investment processes;
Very good knowledge of OEIC, UCITS and AIFs vehicles;
Strong interest and know-how in investment related topics;
Collaborative and works well within a team, but equally able to work on own initiative;
Self-Motivated & Results focused;
Able to build positive and respectful relationships at all levels across the organization;
Numerate with strong analytical skills;
Strong Leadership skills, including the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships;
