Senior associate

In this role, you will:

Support the team with complex financial modelling and transaction analysis
Build your knowledge of fund finance, leverage finance, and debt structuring
Work closely with private equity clients to guide them through the end-to-end transaction
Assist with day-to-day management of transaction processes, including the preparation of information packs to lenders and communications with clients/lenders
Negotiate commercial and legal terms with lenders
Build a large network of clients, lenders and lawyers active in the fund finance market
Contribute to marketing and BD strategies
Continuous improvement of your skillset
Liaise with key stakeholders and clients

The successful candidate will bring:

2-6 years' experience working in corporate fund finance markets or strong financial data modelling skills.
A background in corporate finance, debt restructuring and/or modelling,
Experience working under pressure and handling complex financial statistics
Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs
Attention to detail, with an analytical mindset. You will be meticulous in your approach and able to juggle multiple, conflicting priorities
Excellent standard of written & spoken English. Fluency in French or another European language is desirable but not essential.
An adaptable mindset, with the ability to learn quickly.
Experience working in multiple financial institutions.
