- Certified Scrum Master.
- Ability to manage and drive deliveries using Scrum framework.
- Good experience in working in Agile based deliveries.
- Experienced Support Role of a client facing Rates & Credit electronic trading business with dealer-to-client electronic connectivity, also extends to upstream & downstream processes using both proprietary & other vendor solutions.
- Understanding of Financial products include govt bonds, corp bonds and IRS, risk, stp flows.
- Supporting the Front Office Fixed Income Trading desk.
- Liaising with other teams in supporting "add-on" functionality & up/downstream process flows for the Fixed Income Trading Desk.
- Extensive experience supporting a live Trading platform with live market connectivity for Rates, Credit or Swaps desk with access to trading venues such as Bloomberg & Tradeweb.
- Strong experience working with both project team & users.
- General understanding of financial markets and products, Fixed Income & Rates.
- Understanding & prior experience of full end to end cycle for quoting, trading, electronic trade confirmations, settlement, P&L valuations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Fixed Income financial products
- Bond Pricing
- Hedging
- Market connectivity & STP
- Ability to stay calm & focussed when under pressure to deliver a service.
- Willingness & ability to work alongside more experienced team members to obtain knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in all forms to all audiences, and the ability to promote change.
- Willingness & ability to work alongside team members of varied experience to share knowledge.

- Good knowledge of PL/SQL and Excel.
- Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
- Skilled in Interacting on daily basis and with Client/leadership and present daily updates and highlight impediments.
- Test Management: Expertise in Creating Test Plans, Test strategy, Functional Testing, Web services Testing and E2E Testing. Preparing Test Strategy, UAT Entry
- Criteria, UAT Exit Criteria, Post release - Executive Summary Reports etc. and obtaining sign off from Client on the same.
