Compliance Analyst - Investment Management
Up to £45,000 PLUS Bonus and Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a small, dynamic, friendly team at a leading independent financial services company headquartered in London, offering a full range of broking, asset management and corporate capital services.
The Role: Compliance Analyst
Reporting to the Compliance Manager on a day-to-day basis and ultimately the Chief Compliance Officer and the MLRO, the candidate will be involved in numerous diverse activities, with an emphasis on the Compliance Monitoring Programme, but with the opportunity to develop within all areas of Compliance and AML. In addition, there are and will be a number of new initiatives/projects that will require the input of the candidate.
The companies Compliance and AML function manages all Compliance and AML related services across all of the Group's businesses. The department is pivotal at both the operations and strategic level of the firm and consequently its collective role is diverse and wide-ranging. Therefore, the team must maintain high standards of accountability, whilst ensuring it can deliver in a fast-paced and complex environment.

- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Advanced Excel skills. You need to be comfortable managing data.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and inquisitive nature.
- Good inter-personal skills, with a determined and proactive approach.
- Degree educated or 1-2 years Compliance and AML experience preferably within a Stockbroker/and or Asset/Wealth Manager firm.
- You will be required to work closely with financial professionals with a noncompliance background. We therefore require a confident individual with strong interpersonal skills who is able to communicate ideas and questions effectively and is comfortable interacting at all levels
- Right to work in the UK will be checked.
