Etrading Business Analyst/PM -SWAPS or RATES Investment Bank

This is a business analyst and project manager role to work on the rates products electronic trading platform. This platform underpins the electronic rates activity including pricing, hedging and execution.

knowledge in Rates or Swaps or Bonds and etrading

• At least one substantial prior experience (3y+) as a business analyst/project manager in a large organisation
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income instruments, and associated trading workflows: Government Bonds, Interest Swaps, Repos, Futures and options
• Extensive understanding of electronic trading venues, APIs and associated dataflows: market, static and trade data.
• Significant prior professional experience in support, business analysis, project and/or product management, either at a financial institution or a software house
• Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written (other languages advantageous)
• Innovative mentality
• Active interest in design of system architecture
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Any prior experience with Scripting, debugging or software development is a welcome plus.

Our aim for the foreseeable future remains to:

• support all desks through their business transformation from voice to electronic trading - leveraging the existing pricing and quotation platform;
• assist the emergence of profitable, fully automatic, algo-driven market making operations;
• provide clients and sales teams with relevant tools in support of the Bank's flow electronic franchise;
• align chosen solutions across Rates and Credit electronic platforms.

This is a long-term rolling contract.
