Role Description:
- You will be working in the bank's Financial Institution Group, supporting both origination and execution of transactions.
- Ability to prepare client presentations and deal memorandum for both origination and execution of transactions.
- Analysing and evaluating financial statement and conducting financial modelling.
- Industry analysis and preparation of company and industry profiles.
- Target analysis and / or buyer's acquisition capacity analysis.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ideally 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking
- Experience specifically in FIG and M&A.
- Strong financial modelling skills, i.e. valuation, due diligence, etc.
- Ability to project manage several tasks.
- Information gathering skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration from a top tier Business or Engineering School.
