Vice president - UK Private Debt Fund , Private Debt Fund
We are now working with one of the top private debt funds. They have a fantastic track record of lending directly to European corporates and have a great track record in the sector. Their focus tends to be lower - mid market deals
They fund acquisitions, expansion capital, restructurings, LBO and working capital finance. They are now looking to hire a VP level professional to work on the origination and execution of deals for the fund.
The focus will be lending to UK companies.
The role will work on:
Origination of investment for the firm
Leading parts of deals
Deal structuring of transactions
Portfolio management
Active part of a collegiate investment group
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
VP/ Associate Director professional Background in UK private debt, leveraged finance, structured debt
Experience in restructuring and special situations would be very useful
