Our client, a leading UK headquartered private equity fund are currently looking to hire a Talent Associate to join their London office team to cover a 12-month period of maternity. The fund which is primarily focused on early stage and mid-market investing have an enviable track record and are behind a number of well-known brands within multiple sectors. The fund has done very well over the past few years and are fully expecting this success to continue, having already closed several exciting deals in 2023.
What the job involves
As the Talent Associate, you will be working as part of the broader talent team and a play a big part in the appointment of C-suite, Non-Execs and Chairs through-out the fund's portfolio. You will be supporting the senior members of the team with a broad range of search focused tasks, all whilst gaining some great exposure to the fund's network and portfolio.

- Support senior members of the team with a broad range of research tasks
- Creating and updating shortlists and related documentation
- Continuous networking and pro-active sourcing
- Collaborating with the investment teams and advising on relevant contacts
- Market research and intelligence
- Support and build into leading regular network meetings
- Experience of working within a research role, either in Executive Search or in-house
- Previous experience of contacting and speaking to a broad range of senior executives
- Previous exposure to the private equity or venture capital industry would be advantageous
- Proficient user of internal CRM systems
- Full working knowledge of MS Excel
