My client is a leading wealth management firm, based in London, seeking a talented Investor Relations Assistant to join the team. As part of the firm, you will join a group of exceptional professionals with vast experience in wealth management and investment solutions.

They are looking for a bight and enthusiastic individual who is an efficient communicator, proactive, detail-oriented, and can interact with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the firm's marketing and business development strategy
  • Produce marcom materials such as presentations, brochures, videos, and other promotional material
  • Work closely with the sales force to identify new sales opportunities and develop sales leads
  • Manage the firm's website and digital presence
  • Support development and execution of client events
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to stay up to date with industry trends and identify new opportunities for the business
  • Support ad-hoc marketing and business development projects


Required Skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably within a wealth management or finance-related environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • High attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passionate about the finance industry and staying up to date with industry trends
