My client is a leading wealth management firm, based in London, seeking a talented Investor Relations Assistant to join the team. As part of the firm, you will join a group of exceptional professionals with vast experience in wealth management and investment solutions.
They are looking for a bight and enthusiastic individual who is an efficient communicator, proactive, detail-oriented, and can interact with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the firm's marketing and business development strategy
- Produce marcom materials such as presentations, brochures, videos, and other promotional material
- Work closely with the sales force to identify new sales opportunities and develop sales leads
- Manage the firm's website and digital presence
- Support development and execution of client events
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to stay up to date with industry trends and identify new opportunities for the business
- Support ad-hoc marketing and business development projects
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably within a wealth management or finance-related environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- High attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills with great attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Passionate about the finance industry and staying up to date with industry trends
