Group Compliance Monitoring Analyst - Investment Trading Platform

£45k - £55k

London - Hybrid

They are seeking a Group Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join our compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our firm complies with all regulatory requirements and standards, including but not limited to, the FCA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting compliance monitoring and testing to ensure that the firm is compliant with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conducting investigations and reviews of compliance issues, and making recommendations for corrective action.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files of all compliance-related matters.
  • Support the existing team with co-ordinating ongoing compliance projects and thematic reviews


Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in compliance, ideally in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations, specifically around CFD and Spread Betting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational organisational and time management skills.
