Robert Half Financial Services is recruiting an FP&A Analyst to join a well-known, growing financial services group based in the City of London. The FP&A Analyst will work to act as a finance business partner to nominated business units and support them with: understanding of financial performance across revenue, capital investment projects, contractor and systems spend; financial decision-making and forecasting; resolving queries in relation to management accounts.
Also to support seniors continually improve reporting, analysis and planning practices.
The Person
The successful FP&A Analyst for this City of London based financial services group will be a qualified accountant with up to 1 or 2 years of post qualified experience. Ideally, the FP&A Analyst will be ACA trained in industry or in practice with some commercial experience in industry. Candidates who are coming straight from a big four firm, or are ACCA trained, will also be welcome to apply. Above all, the successful FP&A Analyst will have strong modelling and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits
The FP&A Analyst for this growing financial services group based in the City of London will receive a salary of up to £65,000 (dependent on experience), plus a very generous discretionary bonus and benefits package.
