An exciting opportunity has become available at a Global Investment Bank for a Structured Finance AVP. The person in this role will be involved in Infrastructure Investment transactions under the guidance of transaction directors, working on all aspects of the deals, focusing mainly on Renewable Energy & Energy Transition sectors.

You will play an important role in the team responsible for origination and execution of Structured Asset Finance and Infrastructure Investment transactions of a complex nature.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing legal and technical DD reports, as well as Information Memorandums
  • Writing credit memos and transaction summaries
  • Screening for Investment Opportunities and participating in approval processes
  • Participate in financial close and deal execution processes
  • Prepare and check financial models
  • Frequent risk analysis exercises


This role requires strong analytical, numerical, and financial skills, such as using Excel to an advanced level. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the origination environment, dealing with Project Finance in the Infrastructure sector.
