Portfolio Analyst/ Development Management and Investment - Real Estate PE Fund

Our client, a highly entrepreneurial and reputable real estate investor, has a proven track record of investing in various asset classes, including hotels and mezzanine financing. They are known for their patient and solid investment strategies, primarily focusing on New York and London for mezzanine and opportunistic investing. However, they have also made investments worldwide, engaging operators in some cases and managing assets themselves in others.

The Role:

Modelling and analytical review

SPV management, NAVs, profit analysis, and fund management

Managing development projects, investment appraisal, and project financing

Investor relations - collaborating with investors on SPV performance and addressing queries

The role can be based in London or the Cayman Islands

Candidate Requirements:

Audit, transaction services, or lead advisory background (ideally real estate-focused)

Strong analytical skills

Proficient in data manipulation

Excellent communication skills

Motivated to transition into the investment side
