Our Role

PGIM is looking for an experienced marketer to join its EMEA Marketing function. The individual will be critical to the continued growth ambitions of PGIM in the EMEA region and will support PGIM's regional marketing efforts with a core focus on events execution, sponsorship activity, multi-channel delivery of content and brand stewardship. The individuals ultimate goal will be to showcase PGIM as a leading global asset manager with deep asset class expertise across public and private markets.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

Develop a meaningful understanding of PGIM's business strategy, affiliate model, and investment approach to support the execution and delivery of EMEA marketing activity across marketing channels such as proprietary-client events, industry sponsorships, and multi-channel marketing treatments (briefing teams across the marketing mix). This role sits within the wider Global Marketing function, and an ability to coordinate and collaborate as part of the Global entity will be critical to success.
  • Execution lead with for the EMEA events and sponsorship calendar, with collaboration and support from Global events team, Global Programme team and Regional Marketing Head.
  • Project management and execution pre, on site, and post events, from initial venue research, experience coordination, brand activation and logistics to follow up analysis.
  • Coordination of deliverables related to sponsorship activity, working with brand and creative teams.
  • Working closely with digital and design partners to present content in dynamic and compelling ways to improve engagement and consumption by target audiences through multiple delivery channels including web and social.
  • Develop deep relationships with other marketers in the EMEA marketing community across our affiliates.
  • Support strategic marketing plans to drive an integrated approach to earned and paid media, events, and sponsorships globally.
  • Utilise insights and project support of UK based Brand lead in coordination of multi-channel creative treatments and strategic brand development.
  • Support the creation and delivery of content and campaigns across various marketing communications platforms including digital, social, e-mail, sales enablement, and paid media.
  • Work with digital, social, and marketing analytics partners to monitor and develop key metrics and KPIs that support our goals.
  • Work with partners such as Compliance, Legal, quantitative research, sales, and affiliate marketing partners to support the delivery and creation of tailored content campaigns.
  • Partner with EMEA Communications on strategic internal initiatives (DEI, HR and culture related campaigns, oversight of internal distribution channels) where required.
  • Maintain PGIM profiles and execute paid promotional flights and special reports via third-party platforms (Savvy, SSRN, Mercer, IPE) where required for EMEA.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners (IAS, IRG, Thematic Research and PGIM affiliates) to execute integrated mixed media campaigns (client communications and newsletters, client webinars (live and on-demand), podcasts, blogs, and videos).
  • Partner with social media team to develop social copy and execute paid and organic campaigns via PGIM handles.
Your Required Skills
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant marketing experience in financial services, preferably focusing on institutional and wholesale asset management.
  • Experience in physical, hybrid, and online events delivery.
  • Experience in producing consistent and timely multi-channel treatments for investment content, with an ability to extrapolate the key points for each channel and speak to PGIM's strengths as an active manager with public and private market expertise in a concise, actionable way.
  • Proficient at communicating objectives, navigating a matrix organization, and guiding and influencing peers to successful resolutions.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of investment concepts across asset classes (equities, fixed income, quant, real estate, credit, ESG, etc.) and strong ability to appropriately frame these concepts for an institutional audience.
  • Strong relationship builder, accustomed to building close relationships with all functions and levels of a firm.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with investment professionals to capture and convey PGIM's best intellectual capital.
  • An understanding of digital trends and knowledge of content works in which medium.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
