On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Business Readiness Delivery Lead to work on a Hybrid basis with some travel to their London office based on an initial 6 month contract on a PAYE basis possibility of extension (6-18 months)

Overview:

The Business readiness Delivery Lead will support on the roll out of the TOM by preparing HR for go Live from a functional perspective.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting on change activities and rolling out the service delivery or Target Operating Model to multiple locations
  • End to end process mapping
  • Supporting on training activities in regards to system implementation

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience rolling out a service delivery or TOM
  • A background within HR and supporting the function with a similar delivery objective
  • Experience working within a change environment
  • Workday or similar systems experience from a TOM/Service delivery perspective.
