Client Onboarding and Investment Management Agreement Specialist

The Ocean Partnership has been engaged to recruit a Client Onboarding and Investment Management Agreement Specialist to coordinate and oversee the legal agreements, share class agreements and distribution agreements for segregated clients.

As the Client Onboarding and Investment Management Agreement Specialist you will liaise extensively with internal stakeholders to ensure any mandate changes are seamlessly implemented.

Key remits:

• Obtain approval for fee schedules and mandate changes
• Coordination of legal agreements including investment management agreements (IMA's) and investment guidelines documents
• Extensive internal liaison to ensure a seamless onboarding documentation process
• Working closely with Institutional Client Services, legal, compliance, sales, portfolio managers and operations to support the negotiation of mandate terms
• Support the Pooled Vehicle business coordinating rebate and distribution agreements

Experience:

• Proven experience working with segregated client agreements and/ or IMA's (investment management agreements)
• Good investment management experience and dealing with onboarding process and mandate changes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to project manage the onboarding and legal documentation process
