The Role

We are working for an established professional services firm who are looking for a Company Secretarial Manager to join their team in Manchester.

The Company Secretarial Manager will coach and manage a growing team of both qualified and part-qualified company secretaries whilst passing on technical knowledge. This person will thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment working on varied and interesting client work.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Managing and overseeing delivery of complex client matters and projects.
* Responsible for quality of client deliverables and ensuring we keep to client and operational SLAs.
* Advising a portfolio of clients on a range of compliance matters, including annual statutory requirements, and preparing documentation for routine company and share capital changes.
* Preparing documents for more complex transactional work such as capital reductions and cash repatriations.
* Managing relationships with clients and third parties.

Requirements for the Role:

* 4 years' company secretarial experience.
* ICSA Qualified (or other professional qualification if relevant experience can be demonstrated).
* Extensive knowledge of Diligent Entities.
* Extensive experience in a leadership role of transaction support in professional services.
