Our Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) unit combines wholesale coverage with world-class product financing and advisory expertise enabling us to best support our clients.
This is a worldwide platform with teams operating across Europe, CEEMEA, the Americas and Asia, leveraging local client and market insight to drive domestic and cross-border business.
We operate a Matrix structure across products and industry sectors working together for the benefit of our clients and providing huge opportunities for dealflow by utilising the full extent of our capabilities.
Reason for Hiring
We are expanding our TMT team due to strong current dealflow and pipeline due to the strength of our client connections and reputation within the market, as well as our ability to put our balance sheet behind deals.

Key Responsibilities
Our TMT team covers all sub-sectors of the industry primarily working on Mid-Large Cap M&A and ECM deals. Geographically the focus is on clients / deals in: UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Scandinavia and CEE.

The focus of this role will be:
- Leading the preparation and pitching of presentations to clients, investors and the broader investment community
- Working closely with Directors / MD's to manage the execution process of transactions while utilising the support of Analysts and Associates
- Help develop transaction structures / structured solutions
- Financial statement analysis and financial modelling (both creation and review)
Experience / Competencies Required
- Strong M&A experience including:
- Financial modelling
- Pitch preparation
- Direct client interaction / presentation
- Deal execution
- Deep knowledge of the TMT sector
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills - writing, speaking and presenting
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong team ethic with a desire to inspire and develop others
- Ability to research and formulate own opinions on micro and macro economic factors across the sector and individual companies
