What you'll do

In your new role within the Regulatory Remediation and Implementation function of the global front office ETRCM team, you'll be supporting the analysis of complex eTrading regulatory requirements , while capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements that enhance our eTrading controls framework.

In the course of your work, we'll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across our eTrading, Business Management, Technology, and second line of defence functions.

You'll also:

  • Facilitate requirements setting and implementation that support our ongoing regulatory compliance
  • Support the ETRCM Regulatory Remediation and Implementation leads in project delivery
  • Liaise with business managers to deliver desired risk and control agenda
  • Collaborate with Technology to ensure deliveries meet requirements


The skills you'll need

You'll have a highly analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work, along with experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques within Capital Markets and Investment Banking, preferably within the front office. Ideally, you'll also have a technical understanding of eTrading and the associated control environment, but this isn't essential.

You'll also need:

  • The ability to bring drive, energy and enthusiasm to any initiative, inspiring others to continually perform at their best
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • A background of delivering business analysis involving technology or regulatory change
