Our client is a leading global investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analyst to join our Real Estate M&A Team, focusing on both operating company (Op-Co) and property company (Prop-Co) transactions. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a top tier team of professionals and gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of real estate M&A.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting senior team members in the execution of Op-Co and Prop-Co M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis.
• Performing market research and due diligence to evaluate investment opportunities and assess potential risks.
• Preparing client presentations, offering memorandums, and other transaction-related documents.
• Assisting in the coordination of deal processes, including liaising with clients, other advisors, and internal teams.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of client relationships and the origination of new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, from a top tier firm with a focus on real estate transactions.
• Fluency in Spanish would be a strong bonus (but not essential)
• Solid understanding of M&A transaction processes, valuation methodologies, and financial statement analysis.
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a keen interest in the real estate sector.
