You will be working with the existing team in the EMEA CEO's Office, in this newly created role supporting the delivery of the strategic agenda and business goals. You will contribute towards the execution of the key business priorities, engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting the delivery of business line reviews, board presentations and relevant management forums.

Role Responsibilities
How you'll spend your time...
- Assist the EMEA CEO's Office in implementing key strategic priorities.
- Contribute towards the delivery of reporting packages for business lines reviews and board and committee meetings.
- Assist with project delivery on behalf of the EMEA CEO's Office, where autonomy will be provided to the role holder for discrete activity
- Support the delivery of annual business planning for EMEA
- Prepare written reports and presentations for the EMEA CEO Office.
- Research and respond to questions received by the EMEA CEO Office.
- Conduct research and provide insights by reviewing industry trends and analysing competitor landscape to provide context as it relates to our business performance
- Partner with other business and staff functions to get questions and issues resolved, representing the interests of the EMEA CEO Office on assigned projects and day to day interactions with senior leaders and the wider Ameriprise Group.
- Assist the Executive Assistant to the EMEA CEO with co-ordination of meetings and papers as well as event planning.
- Provide general administrative support to the EMEA CEO Office.
Key Capabilities
To be successful in this role you will have...
- A basic understanding of Asset Management/Financial services and an ability to learn fast.
- Resilient, hardworking, and able to work under pressure and at pace.
- Highly numerate and methodical with strong skills in MS Word/Power Point/Excel.
- Highly articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Trusted with confidential information and proactive and able to take initiative.
- Confident and comfortable with senior management, must be able to develop good relationships with internal teams.
- Ability to support on several different projects, including cross-functionally and those that involve senior management
- Capable of analysing significant amounts of data and capturing or summarising relevant information to meet the direct needs of senior leadership.
