Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Support the team and business with the production of quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Creation of reports on the real estate holdings, suitable for internal and external distribution, consulting and manipulating appropriate data around performance
- Underwrite new fund and direct opportunities for investment supporting these with data analysis
- Monitor existing investments (funds and directs) supporting these with data analysis
- Engagement with responsible investment work and projects, including: an audit of assets from an ESG standpoint; engagement with managers and companies on ESG topics; development of tools and frameworks for ESG analysis, monitoring and reporting; net zero scoping
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate asset management
- Previous experience with fund/direct asset underwriting and market mapping
- Strong experience in Excel, modelling, and quantitative analysis
- An interest in ESG topics
