As an Investor Relations Associate, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end fundraising processes and addressing inbound client queries.
- Production and maintenance of due diligence and fundraising materials such as DDQs, RFPs and PPMs
- Conducting market research and mapping investor landscape to assist in new LP origination
- Carrying out investor quarterly reporting and assisting in the creation of bespoke material (case studies, LP cashflow forecasts, performance benchmarking)
- Maintain and update relevant investor-focused financial models and ensure consistency of outputs
- Responding ongoing client inquiries and supporting DDQ requests alongside the fund administrators
- Maintenance of CRM systems and data rooms
- Supporting with roadshow organisation and investor events
- Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations, accounting / transaction services, fund controlling or investment banking
- Good financial acumen able to disseminate complex data and information into investor friendly content
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluency in French is a plus
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
