Our client, a tech and healthcare focused European growth buyout manager, is seeking an analytically minded Investor Relations Associate to join their London based team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, fast-growing investor and be additive to a high performing team. What the job involves

As an Investor Relations Associate, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end fundraising processes and addressing inbound client queries.

  • Production and maintenance of due diligence and fundraising materials such as DDQs, RFPs and PPMs
  • Conducting market research and mapping investor landscape to assist in new LP origination
  • Carrying out investor quarterly reporting and assisting in the creation of bespoke material (case studies, LP cashflow forecasts, performance benchmarking)
  • Maintain and update relevant investor-focused financial models and ensure consistency of outputs
  • Responding ongoing client inquiries and supporting DDQ requests alongside the fund administrators
  • Maintenance of CRM systems and data rooms
  • Supporting with roadshow organisation and investor events
Who we are looking for

  • Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations, accounting / transaction services, fund controlling or investment banking
  • Good financial acumen able to disseminate complex data and information into investor friendly content
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluency in French is a plus
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
