The primary function of the Trade Services function is to ensure all retained services (incl. Trade Services and Transitions & Transfers) and outsourced activities are effective managed and processed in accordance with market deadlines and industry best practise, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and quality control.

As a Trade Services Senior Analyst, you will:
- To complete all retained Trade Services activities (incl. Trade Services and Transitions & Transfers) in line with internal and external market deadlines, policies, procedures, in conjunction with outsourced service provider to support LGIM's global trading activities and client service delivery.
- Proactively partner with outsource provider to ensure delivery of operational service targets.
What you'll be doing
- Completion of daily Trade Services retained tasks in line with market and regulatory deadlines. Proactively working with LGIM stakeholders, Outsource Provider, and 3rd Parties to ensure all Trade Services activities are managed.
- Monitor the daily & weekly service delivery KPI / KRIs and escalate issues accordingly.
- Proactively identify control weaknesses relating to Trade Services operating model and recommend and implement procedural and process change in partnership with team members, manager, and outsourced provider where applicable.
- Manage operational risk and issues within team and outsourced provider, regularly review and identify further opportunities for risk mitigation; ensure all functional procedures are in line with policies and regulatory requirements. Promptly and clearly articulate and inform senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive the development of the outsource model (focus on enhancing control effectiveness and efficiency).
- Form strategic partnerships with service providers/vendors, leveraging network. Actively participate and represent LGIM at working parities/forums. Clearly articulate and share market information internally to appropriate stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience of the asset management industry/experience relevant to role and activities performed.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, KPI's, KRIs and Service Levels.
- Client focussed and able to liaise with all levels of seniority internally and externally.
- Knowledge in the outsourced service area covering operational service delivery knowledge and client expectations.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fast paced and changeable environment. Having a positive attitude towards change.
- Experience in working with and overseeing 3rd party relationship service delivery.
- Strong influencing skills in managing relationship / client service engagement.
