Our client, Deutsche Bank, is a global banking business with strong roots in Germany and operations in over 70 countries. Deutsche Bank offer their clients commercial and investment banking, retail banking and transaction banking as well as ground-breaking asset and wealth management products and services.

On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Business Analyst - (HR) to work on a hybrid model in their London office on an initial 6-month contract on a PAYE basis with possibility of extension (6-18 months)

Overview:

The Proteus Programme is the flagship global transformation program for DWS and in support of this they require a Business Analyst to support on benefits administration, management, governance and benefit vendor management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support requirements development / identification for benefits solutions
  • Support data specification and migration
  • Process mapping, gap analysis, UAT and creation of training materials
  • Benefits administration, management & governance
  • Benefits vendor management


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent BA skillset
  • HR background - will be focused on Benefits
  • Data migration & requirements specification experience
  • HR Governance understanding (Benefits)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skillset
