Our client, Deutsche Bank, is a global banking business with strong roots in Germany and operations in over 70 countries. Deutsche Bank offer their clients commercial and investment banking, retail banking and transaction banking as well as ground-breaking asset and wealth management products and services.

On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Global Tax Business SME to work on a Hybrid model with some travel to their London office- on an initial 6-month contract on a PAYE basis possibility of extension (6-18 months)

Overview:

The Proteus Programme is the flagship global transformation program for DWS and in support of this they require a Workforce Planning Professional to support on determination of future state workforce planning and management processes including reporting to the parent company.

Key responsibilities:

Working within the HR team to support on all Global Mobility topics supporting from a regulatory tax perspective.

The role will support on the Future operating model and processes

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business SME experience across Global Tax preferably within an investment bank or similar institution
  • Awareness of tax regulations across large corporations, particularly for heavy travellers.
  • Deep understanding of global mobility to support the analysis of the size of the topic for DWS, with a focus to either then in source in DWS or establish a vendor to support.
  • Will require working with international HR mobility topics. Requires skill set to support future operating model and processes
