We are working with an independent and international private equity fund. It invests in companies across the globe and in various sectors. They are now looking for an intelligent and ambitious Investor Relations Associate/ Senior Associate to support the global IR team with all aspects of on-going account management and future fundraising activity. What the job involves
- Manage the creation of marketing materials, data room, due diligence questionnaires and other documentation
- Coordinate investor queries, CRM systems, meetings and research
- Manage investor mailings throughout the year for various workstreams; create and maintain relevant mailing lists accordingly
- Update the Investor Portal with investor press releases, new deal activity and deal introductory calls. Upload advisory board materials and supporting documents
- Supporting the global IR team with any ad-hoc projects and requests
- Educated to degree level from a leading institution with strong academic background
- A background in financial services - either in investment banking, consulting, transaction services, corporate finance or experience in a placement agent / IR
- Proficient command of English both verbal and written, additional European languages would be well regarded
- Demonstrable ability to transform financial performance details into investor-friendly messages
