About the role:
You will be in charge of helping build, enhance and define our fantastic product whilst you understand our customer needs and carefully consider user experience in order to technically build the features that will drive our growth.
You will be:
- Building and developing the UK product in close collaboration with the local and international team
- Managing the life cycle of your features from A to Z: gathering user requirements, prototyping, implementing and iterating based on user data
- Creating and managing the links between the thousands of variables that make up the intelligence of the system
- Integrating all UK payroll specificities in our platform using our own low-code development platform (JetLang)
- Developing API integrations between PayFit and third-party softwares
- Drawing the most efficient and intuitive user experience possible for our customers
This role is for you if :
- You are an enthusiasm for problem-solving and developing smart solutions
- You have a passion for building apps with a great UX for customers
- You have a computing/ engineering/ maths/ physics studies
- You have experience writing code in Python and JavaScript
- An enthusiasm for growth and development, and would like to grow progressively into a hands-on Product Owner.

Your future team:
You will be building our platform alongside 1 Product Builder Team Lead, 1 UX Designer, 1 QA Analyst and the other 2 Product Builders in the teams.
You will also work in collaboration with the local UK teams: Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales and Marketing; and the international teams.
Your future manager, Alessandro, has been working in technical roles for over 5 years in different markets and over 3 years at PayFit for 3 years, he is responsible for building our product and leading our Product Builder team. Alessandro and our Head of Product, will ensure your smooth onboarding and further evolvement in your role!
Hiring process
1. First you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (30min)
2. Next step will be a meeting with an our Head of Product with whom you will touch more technical topics of your experience (30 min)
3. You will go through a coding challenge with the Product Builder Team Lead (1,5 hr)
4. The last step would be having a discussion with our UK Country Manager (30min )
