Gresham Hunt is currently partnered by a leading global investment management firm in their search for a new Senior Compliance Officer.
Our client is one of the largest investment managers in the world, with over $1tn in AUM. They hold a diverse portfolio of assets, and are at the forefront of the push towards sustainable, long-term investments.
This is a Senior role within the Compliance team, with a key focus on providing compliance advice. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate advice on regulation as it pertains to asset classes such as infrastructure debt, property, private credit, and bonds. You will also be responsible for developing the ESG framework across both public and private market activities. You will engage with stakeholders across the business, developing company policies, and fostering a positive, compliance-focused culture.

- Significant Compliance experience within investment management, with strong knowledge of investment processes
- Strong understanding of global regulations as it pertains to investment management, in particular UCITS and AIFMD
- Proven experience in delivering compliance advice, with significant stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional written communication skills, with proven experience in horizon scanning and developing policies
