European Development Finance

Our client has been actively lending for over 10 years and is a market leading debt provider and investment manager.

The ideal candidate will be working in a property finance team, originating Residential & Commercial Development Finance loans, through brokers and their own professional network. You will have a proven track record in the market and an established client base.

You will be tasked with building a new presence across a variety of European countries; Spain, Ireland, The Nordics, Italy, Holland and Portugal.

The ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum 8 years' experience within a real estate property debt finance team, either at an investment bank, debt fund or investment manager.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and dynamic individual with a positive pro-active attitude wishing to develop and grow with the business.
