The Company

My client is a leading, national business advisory firm specialising in corporate finance, debt advisory, forensics, restructuring and pensions, with a growing Valuations Services business.

The Opportunity

You will be a senior member of the Valuation Services team advising clients on a range of valuation related matters in the context of corporate finance, M&A transactions, restructuring situations, shareholder disputes, litigation, financial reporting and tax. You will manage and deliver projects focusing on the valuation of companies, investments, assets and intellectual property across a diverse range of industries, working within a team of highly professional valuation and corporate finance specialists. • Preparing valuation reports and schedules and discussing with/presenting to clients

• Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients

• Assisting with a variety of marketing and business development activities

• Assisting with practice development, including training and development pathways, tool kits and service providers

• Managing a variety of workstreams simultaneously, both engagement projects and developing the business

• Extensive experience working within a similar valuation environment at a leading organisation

• Degree educated with a minimum of 2.1 at a good university

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as leadership and strategic qualities
