Main Responsibilities:
  • You will work as part of the investment team and contribute to the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities.
  • You will work across different geographies in the UK and Europe and a across broad range of real estate asset classes.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in different geographies and asset classes. This will include analysing market trends, supply and demand dynamics, and economic indicators to assess the attractiveness of different markets.
  • Performing financial analysis and underwriting of real estate investments including building cash flow models, conducting sensitivity analysis, and assessing the risk-return profile of investments.
  • Evaluating financing options and negotiating financing terms.
  • Supporting the due diligence process for potential investments. This will include reviewing legal documents, financial statements, and property information to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • You will work closely with the legal, tax, and accounting teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the investment.
  • Preparing investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
  • Assisting in the negotiation of acquisition and financing terms.


Background and experience:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (1st or 2:1), ideally in finance or accounting or economics
  • Minimum of 1- 3 years' experience working in a real estate team within an investment bank or private equity firm
  • Native level written and spoken English; Second European Language is preferable.
  • Advanced Excel and ability to create in-depth financial analysis via models.
  • Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Superior analytical, quantitative and technical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to present complex information to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Experience in managing, updating and analysing large quantities of data.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels internally and externally.
  • Highly competitive base salary + bonus (guide of 100%)
