- Responsible for overall strategic direction, plans and objectives of all businesses of the company, positioning the company as an integrated overseas business platform to further capitalise and grow businesses, covering a diverfied portfolio of business and solutions.
- Manage, review, execute and implement organisational objectives, policies, and operating plans in the short, medium and long terms in alignment with the group direction.
- Manage the overall business performance and people management of the company.
- Represent the UK entity in relationships with the parent company's board, major clients, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure the company is fully compliant to external and internal legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee robust risk control measures and tactics.
