M&A Analyst - Leading Tech boutique - Medtech / Healthtech team

Our client is a mid-market technology advisory and Investment business (80/20 % Advisory to Investing) who is looking to hire an Analyst. The business is widely regarded as market leading experts for the sub-sectors, and clients include household names and up-and-coming entrepreneurial companies looking for help with growth. Exceptional deal flow across Sell-Side, Fund Raising and Retained buy sides. The team are looking for bright, energetic, and ambitious Analyst to join their team. As a boutique, the company are well positioned to ensure an candidate will experience the entire life cycle of a deal.
Candidate Requirements:
• 12-18 months M&A experience at an Investment bank, boutique or big 4 (Strong bonus would be Medtech or Healthtech sector experience)
• Exceptional academics (A medical or scientific background would also benefit health tech coverage)
• Strong interests in technology segments (edtech, foodtech, ConsumerTech, Digital Infra) and ambition in corporate finance, M&A, or investments
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent presentation and client facing skills
• Analytical prowess and methodical nature
