- Conduct in-depth research on publicly listed companies and develop robust investment theses
- Design work plans, source information, build financial models, and assess valuation to make portfolio to make portfolio recommendations
- Conduct due diligence interviews with company management and independent experts
- Present investment research in team meetings and one-on-one settings
- Write details notes summarizing investment theses
- Evaluate investment research and decisions made by other team members and contribute to their portfolio recommendations
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree with excellent academic qualifications
- 6-10 years' buy-side experience
- Passion for investing and ability to carefully consider risk and reward
- Strong financial and commercial analytic skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
