A top London-based Asset Management company is looking for a permanent Business Change Business Analyst to work on a high-profile piece of work.

The main function of the job is to support business change activities across the company, working on a variety of projects and initiatives, mainly across Investments and Distribution, so front and middle office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business analyst responsibilities to support business requirements, initiating improvements in the current processes and producing project deliverables
  • Provide support to the HPSO and assist with realising team objectives
  • Co-ordinate engagement with third parties assisting the company with change
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external business analysts, stakeholders and project managers
  • Communicate change objectives and updates through written documentation and oral presentations
  • Co-ordinate change at all stages: proposal, acceptance, work in progress, testing, operational readiness, go-live, review and closure
  • Utilise business analyst skills to translate information from subject matter experts across the business to capture processes, analyse requirements and implement changes
  • Work with the vendors to ensure that business requirements are met
  • Ensure any system changes are tested fully and business expectations are managed
  • Support the business to understand the systems and how they work
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Required:
  • Business-focused BA experience
  • Buy-side experience (ideally Asset Management, but Wealth Management is fine)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Ideal:
  • Experience liasing with front office business users
  • Experience working with Product, so being involved with the Fund Launch process in any way
