Junior Tactical Asset Allocation Strategist- Investment Bank in London

Our client is looking to add a junior member to their macro strategy team with 2-3 years of Tactical Asset Allocation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in researching and evaluating cross-asset trade ideas.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to build and maintain financial models
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Familiarity with financial markets and investment products, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
• Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Interest in pursuing a career in asset allocation and investment strategy

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on macroeconomic trends, market data, and asset class performance to identify investment opportunities and risks
• Work with senior strategists to develop and implement tactical asset allocation strategies across multiple asset classes and geographies
• Analyse and interpret market data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and clients
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment strategies and portfolio performance
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and clients
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank, including trading, risk management, and research, to ensure effective implementation of investment strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry news and market trends to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative
