Taking the lead on Governance support to the EMEA based vehicle Product Development & Management teams, the EMEA Product Governance Manager will have the following responsibilities:

- Acting as a EMEA Product Governance expert to the product teams
- Assist in the oversight and management of the annual Assessment of Value process for UK based OEIC range and the equivalent for SICAV ranges distributed in the UK
- Work with the Cross Border Product team to assist in the oversight and management of the annual Supervision of Costs Assessment for Luxembourg based SICAVs
- Manage the oversight and ownership of MIFID II Product Governance Framework for UK and Luxembourg Product Vehicles including the Product Approval process
- Be the first point of contact for wider Global reporting to ensure that any EMEA Product incidents and operational risks are reported
- Oversight and ownership of the EMEA Product Risk Assessments
- Work with Legal and Compliance in assessing the impacts of new regulations on fund ranges
- The governance and management of various product forums
The EMEA Product Governance Manager will meet the following criteria:
- University graduate or equivalent
- CFA is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in UK product management and governance within investment management
- A good knowledge of operational and regulatory frameworks and how they relate to product governance
- Experienced in building senior relationships including reporting to Boards
