Senior Project Manager - Private Bank

Manage a diverse range of complex projects across the business.
Defining the Banks portfolio of change and its delivery.
Manage and develop a team of Project Managers who will oversee successful change across multiple areas within the business.
Ensure project governance is followed and developed to reflect the business needs, including audits for compliance
Ensure projects are coordinated and delivered effectively including resource, timeframes and cost controls.
Guide and facilitate stakeholders, including external third parties, to ensure projects are completed to time and budget requirements.
The ability to work with technical teams, understanding system change requirements and supporting the delivery of these successfully to end users.
Identify, manage and report on project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
Track actions and deliverables to report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure project management is delivered efficiently, including time and costs, reporting and wider business function involvement.
Review and implement any new solutions for delivering change across the business to requirements

Requirements/Experience:

Project management qualification: i.e. Prince2, PMP, Scrum Master or recognised equivalents
Experience managing and developing others
Significant experience in supporting, leading and delivering complex high-risk projects within the financial sector (e.g. new product launches, organisation re-designs, systems upgrades and replacements, and regulatory and mandatory change)
Programme/Portfolio management qualifications (i.e. MSP, MoP, PCM etc)
Experience managing senior stakeholders at executive level
